Every piece is handcrafted, so a little extra care goes into preparing it for the journey to you. Here is what to expect.
Processing time
In-stock pieces are typically prepared for dispatch within 3–7 business days. Larger works and commissions require additional time, which we will confirm with you directly.
Shipping & rates
Shipping is calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your piece. Because relief artwork is fragile and often large, each shipment is packed and crated by hand.
International orders
We ship internationally. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking & delivery
Once your order ships, we will share tracking details where available. Please inspect your piece on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything has been damaged in transit.
