At DECOVEAU, every piece is handcrafted and made to order with exceptional attention to detail. Because each artwork is produced specifically for you, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Products
All DECOVEAU artworks are custom-made after your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Color variations resulting from screen or monitor settings.
- Custom-sized or personalized orders.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include: (Your order number, Clear photos of the packaging, Clear photos of the damaged item).
After reviewing your claim, DECOVEAU will, at its discretion:
- Repair the artwork.
- Replace the damaged item.
- Offer an appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
Shipping Damage
All orders are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If shipping damage occurs, please keep the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
